Why did I not receive my R$ after finishing an offer?
If you think you successfully completed your offer and did not receive R$ for it, it may have been due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The offer may take up to 24 hours to complete.
- You did the offer too quickly (speeding) or lied on a survey offer.
- You completed the offer on another account or website.
- Not completing all steps in the offer's requirements.
- Using VPNs.
- Using AdBlocker software.
- Using 3G/4G or other mobile communication standards could prevent your offer from completing.
NOTE: If you successfully completed an offer worth more than 2,500 R$ and the offerwall says that you did, please contact the owner directly on our Discord server.
